I am an actress, director, singer-songwriter, and head-to-toe creative. I’m also a psychotherapist, energy healer, health + fitness junkie, wanderluster and Hipstamatic-shootin’ rock star.
I’ve taken to calling myself a Multipassionate Maven.
Multipassionate means I don’t fit neatly into one box – and this is my li’l corner of the web where I get to spill it all out! Why? Because after many years of trying to do one thing really well, I finally realized that I do lots of things really well and with great love, and being multipassionate and multitalented is a gift. Being no less than my total self affects everything for the better…business, craft, creative process, relationships + home life.
I’m about a lot of different things, but when it all gets boiled down I’m all about being healthy, happy + empowered in life.
I bet you want to feel that way, too! And I want to support you in getting there.
If you resonate with the term “multipassionate”, be assured that you are not alone! There’s a whole community of people just like you, who have lots of different skills + passions and are learning how to bring it all to the table. I love to help people meet their goals in the areas of creative process, health + fitness, and multipassionate entrepreneurship.
So check out the blog, as well as my other offerings. My first e-course is just about ready to launch! Subscribe to my blog to be the first to know when it’s available.
I’m glad you’re here!
Official creds:
I have an undergrad degree in theatre, a grad degree in psychology, and a license in Marriage + Family Therapy.
Life creds:
I’ve been self-employed most of my life, first as an artist and then as a therapist, and now as a multipassionate creative entrepreneur.
I ran a private practice for five years, where I developed a highly effective specialty in holistic mental health treatment – using traditional psychotherapy combined with energetic healing methods and nutritional therapy. I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher with training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), massage + bodywork, and am a former trainer/teacher in Advanced Integrative Therapy.
As an actress/singer/musician I’ve worked in regional theatres across the country from Goodspeed Opera House in Connecticut to Pasadena Playhouse in California, and toured North America with a Broadway show. I’ve been a director, musical director, and an artistic director. I started playing piano at age 3 1/2 and have been hooked on the arts ever since.
I believe in what Anton Chekhov said:
If you want to work on your art, work on your life.
I do both.
